Picked Up my 1st kit today.
Looking forward to building and eventually racing at my local track.
Congrats! The starter packs are a great way to get into Tuned class. If I can get my act together, I am going to put together a video on how to make a few smart changes to a starter pack to improve its performance in tuned classes.
The starter packs are great value for money especially the one you got. All you really need to add are wheel and gear bearings, rollers with bearings, and side mass dampers and you're all set for tuned class.
Thanks for the info.
Just started watching some YouTube videos on how to properly setup the MA and recommended upgrades.
Will post some build pics soon.
Parts just arrived !
nice, but those bumper parts were included with the starter pack unless you needed to have orange ones
the MA is a great chassis and can be tuned so many different ways, I have 2 built similarly to how Roscoe built this for his STO basic chassis - works great and only needed some brake tuning
yeah - I found that out after but the red ones look pretty cool.
taking it out to test on saturday!
Took it for a test run.
Lots of fun and pretty fast! Handled the test track really well.
Very pleased with my 1st build.
is that Hobbytown in Tom's River? If so, they have a lot of great guys there.
I should be out this Saturday for their race - its been a few since I was last out
