    Information
I was trying to make my own break-in system instead of buying the one that is available in the market. This also helps me to learn about circuits and soldering as I am new to all these electronic stuff. (Can be done without soldering by using terminals). The idea is to also add a switch that allows unlimited power supply instead of just relying on the timer when needed.

    1) The Adjustable Regulator.

    2) Added timer circuit delay

    3) Solder some wire to extend the buttons later on.

    4) Rough image of the full circuit.

    5) Place the circuit into an enclosure.

    Items:

Based on the creation date of this thread, the pricing for the materials is below.
Some items are in bulk as they are cheaper.

Sorry about the bad circuit drawing, I had tried my best to keep it simple with images.

Looks good. I had 2 geforce break in systems arrive from Japan broken. After hassling with the wait, shipping, refunds and everything, I just bought a scientific grade adjustable power supply. It runs off of a wall plug but it is so much more useful and accurate than the geforce. I only break in motors at home, DC powered is not an issue for me.
